College of Education for Human Sciences, University of Diyala delivered a lecture on the health risks of installing the mobile towers.

The lecture, in which a number of researchers and specialists participated, reviewed the mobile phones’ impact on the nature and human as well as resulting health risks via spreading electromagnetic waves which create cancer cells and tumors besides the environmental repercussions.

The lecture included reviewing the impacts of installing the mobile networks within the residential areas which result genetic effects and congenital malformations that cumulatively appear according to the intensity of exposure to these waves.
