College of Science for Women, University of Babylon conducted a study on the molecular diagnosis of Salmonella’s third pattern secretion system and disease testing on the laboratory animals.

The study reviewed that Salmonella bacteria is one of the strains intestinal bacteria, causing multiple diseases ranging from mild to moderate diarrhea to typhoid fever.

The study included collecting diarrhea samples from people with Salmonella, the laboratory diagnosis of bacteria via using biochemical tests, molecular diagnosis of some virulent and studying their impact on laboratory animals.
