Higher Education announced on 110 Russian scholarships to obtain Master and Ph.D. degrees for the academic year 2018-2019, Director General of Scholarships and Cultural Relations, Dr. Salah Al-Fatlawi said.
Dr. Al-Fatlawi added that the Russian Government granted Iraq 110 scholarships for the employees and non-employs to obtain Master and Ph.D. degrees in the renewable energy engineering, petroleum, medical devices, space communications, urban planning, aeronautical engineering and dams and water resources specialties.
Dr. Al-Fatlawi continued by saying that the grant also included aerospace, special education, hospital management, marine and air navigation, atomic physics, Russian Language, Russian literature, and preparing international budgeting, project management, fine arts and biomedical specialties.
Dr. Al-Fatlawi reviewed that the submission will not be after 2-6-2018 and via the (http://scrdgate.scrdiraq.gov.iq.).
