During the 3rd scientific conference of the University of Information Technology and Communication, Ministry’s Deputy for Legal and Administrative Affairs and, Dr. Mohammed Al-Saraj said that the Ministry laid the foundation stone for the e-government software which implemented 24 software for human resources, registration and postgraduates registration systems in order to achieve the e-learning.

Dr. Al-Saraj added that the university’s initiative to engage Iraqi researchers is an important step in marketing Iraqi scientific research and obtaining international rankings.

For his part, President of the University, Dr. Abbas Mohsin Al-Bakri stressed on the importance of holding such conferences as a part of the exerted efforts in developing educational institutions and publishing the distinguished scientific products in the international ranking journals such as Springer.

It is worth mentioning that the conference was attended by researchers from international, Arab and Iraqi universities.
