Babylon Technical Institute, Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University organized a workshop on preparing researches to participate in international conferences. The workshop, in which a number of researchers and specialists participated, reviewed three axes, the first was on introducing researchers to choose the appropriate conference in terms of timing, specialization and location, research methods in the sites specialized in scientific conferences among and the second axis was on dealing with conference websites in term of following the guidelines for submitting researches and using their own templates. The workshop highlighted that the third axis was on preparing the researches with all its sections and the mistakes that should be avoided during the preparation of the research paper. The workshop recommended involving more researchers in such workshops because of their role in transferring the necessary expertise to advance scientific researches in the university institutions.
