College of Education, University of Al-Mustansiriyah organized an online symposium on Arab Islamic cultural heritage. The online symposium reviewed the literary life of the Arab-Islamic heritage of the famous Argentine writer, Mr. Jorge Luis Borges, its relation with ancient Arab literature, the most important of which are the stories of the Arabian Nights. The online symposium highlighted the features of the story of Mr. Borges, who enjoyed many elements similar to the Arab story, including the idea and plot in the escalation of events that inspired their topics from Arab news sources and books and the history of Islam.
