College of Administration and Economics, University of Basrah discussed a Ph.D. thesis on mediating role of accelerated supply chain management in the relation between a responsive system and competitive priorities by the postgraduate student, Mr. Rafid Abdul Jalil Majid. The thesis aimed at identifying the analysis, presentation and discussion of literature related to three fields of knowledge represented in the responsive manufacturing methodology, accelerated supply chain management and competitive priorities. The thesis confirmed the paucity of comprehensive literature surveys that attempted to analyze the results of synergies between responsive manufacturing methodology based on dual cell card technologies coupled with POLCA licensing and accelerated supply chain management and their role in achieving competitive priorities.
