Technical Institute-Al-Rumaitha, Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University organized a workshop on the characteristics of solar energy and its economic and environmental advantages, the Faculty Member in the Institute, Dr. Muhammad Al-Saadi said. Dr. Al-Saadi added that the workshop reviewed the concepts of the solar system, methods of linking its components and the characteristics of solar energy as one of the renewable and clean energy sources. Dr. Al-Saadi continued by saying that the workshop demonstrated the types of solar energy systems, their functions and components and the modern methods and used techniques in installing the system.
