AGU: On HACCP, ISO & Food Quality

College of Food Science, Al-Qasim Green University organized a symposium on HACCP and ISO in food quality.

The symposium, in which a number of researchers and specialists participated, included delivering a lecture on the concept of Quality Management System (ISO 22000) which is an international standard defining the requirements of the food safety management system and how to control the risks related to food safety whether biological, chemical or physical.
