College of Biotechnology, Al-Qassim Green University organized a symposium on the health risks of using plastic.
The symposium, in which a number of researchers and specialists participated, included identifying dangerous of plastic types, uses in daily life, the causes of cancer and ways to prevent them.
The symposium recommended the need to be careful during shopping plastic tools, especially containers that are used to store food and food products, monitoring the validity period sealed on them and avoiding put hot food in plastic containers for their danger to consumers
