College of Food Sciences, Al-Qasim Green University organized a workshop on preparing and manufacturing animal milk substitutes.
The workshop, in which a number of students and faculty members participated, reviewed preparing alternatives of animal milk from a group of food extracted from plant origin, adding water, optimizers, vitamins and minerals.
