A master dissertation was discussed in the College of Islamic Sciences, University of Al-Iraqia on the impact of difference in the term of the Hadith according to the jurists in the worship and family provisions.
The dissertation included three chapters, the first was on the difference between the Hadith, the second was on the impact of the difference between the Hadith in worships according to the difference of the jurists and the third was on the impact of the difference in the Hadith on the rulings of the family according to the jurists.
The dissertation concluded the importance of modern science in uncovering Sindh and Metn in Hadiths.
