A joint research team in the College of Science, University of Al-Mustansiriyah conducted a study on designing a new algorithm to encode transmitted images in the web via using biological techniques. The study reviewed that the new algorithm based on the techniques of genetic merging and chaotic maps, as well as the algorithm consists of four main stages on converting image data to (DNA Strands), creating cipher keys, biological integration and coding process. The study highlighted that the new algorithm contributes in improving the degree of security of sending and receiving different types of images.
