University of Al-Mustansiriyah inaugurated two modern e-learning labs in the departments of Computer and Atmospheric Sciences at the College of Science, the President of the University, Dr. Hamid Fadhil Al-Tamimi said. Dr. Al-Tamimi added that the two laboratories came in light of the continuous steps and procedures of the university’s colleges and research centers, in order to enhance implementing modern advanced systems for e-learning during due to the Corona virus. Dr. Al-Tamimi praising the exerted efforts of the Scientific Assistant, Deanship of the College, employees of the Computer and Atmospheric Departments, and all the employees that contributed in designing, programming, implementation and creation of the two laboratories. For his part, Dean of the College of Sciences, Dr. Muhammad Faraj Shathar said that the two laboratories represent a quantum leap in the academic process of the college, especially since each laboratory was equipped with (20) laptops linked to each other with the main computer for the faculty member and the modern smart touch screen as well as the screen was provided with recording lectures feature and other e-learning requirements, Dr. Shathar added that the College’s keenness on implementing the experiment to the other scientific departments.
