College of Science, University of Al-Mustansiriyah obtained a patent on evaluating efficiency of the biochemist of the Iraqi product and Saccharomyces boulardii yeast in removing the toxicity of the fungal toxin inside the body.
The patent, in which granted by the Central Organization for Standardization and Quality Control Unit of the Ministry of Planning, included using of Saccharomyces boulardii yeast and Iraqi probiotic as biotic factor to remove the toxicity of fungi via providing protection for liver and kidney.
The patent reviewed that treating via overlapping between poison and yeast played major role in reducing symptoms.
