College of Medicine, University of Al-Mustansiriyah, organized a workshop on the leadership of small groups in teaching courses.
The workshop, in which a number of researchers and specialists participated, reviewed basic principles of teaching small groups as a good platform for enhancing facilitation and discussion skills.
The workshop also reviewed the importance of small groups, representative systems, systems of multiple intelligences, character patterns and types of learning via observing, listening and practicing.
