During a visit to Tunisian University of Manouba, University of Al-Mustansiriyah inked an agreement on research cooperation, academic exchanging and promoting of educational opportunities, President of the University, Dr. Hameed Fadhil Al-Tamemi said. Dr. Al-Tamemi added that the articles of the agreement included developing academic, scientific and cultural cooperation for the benefit of education and the university framework in general and students in particular, enhancing educational opportunities and organizing joint projects such as conferences, meetings, and mutual visits of faculty members, researchers, and students. For her part, President of the University of Manouba, Dr. Juhaina Bin Boubaker Gharib expressed her aspiration that the agreement is the first step in the mechanisms of expanding the horizons of cooperation between the two countries in the various academic fields related to higher education and scientific research.
