A higher diploma was discussed in the University of Al-Nahrain on the effect of intrauterine-rich platelet injection into the uterus on endometriosis and pregnancy occurrence in sterile Iraqi women, Postgraduate Student, Mrs. Wafa’a Abdul Kareem said. Mrs. Abdul Kareem added that intrauterine injection is well tolerated and led to a significant increase in the thickness of the endometrium, as well as receptivity of the endometrium improved by increasing growth factors with IVF.
