study aimed at selecting the appropriate treatment line (conservative or surgical) for patients with narrowing of the lumbar canal, especially injury by slipping and selecting patients with high accuracy to benefit from surgical intervention based on the accuracy basing on the evaluation of the restriction by magnetic resonance imaging.
