A faculty member in the College of Science, Al-Karkh University of Science participated in the SPIE Nano-Photonics Conference-2017 in the University of Sunburn, Australia.
The conference reviewed sub-wavelength wire array meta-material microwave cavities how to control the electromagnetic wave path via using industrial structures.
The conference also reviewed controlling waves in the industrial structures without sub-wavelength via resonance frequency of the industrial material for microwave and terahertz frequencies to make a very small waveguide
It is worth mentioning that the conference was organized by the SPIE.
