A faculty member in the College of Physical Education and Sports Science, University of Babylon obtained a patent on manufacturing a device to measure the mental capacities of football players.
The patent, in which granted by the Central Organization for Standardization and Quality Control Unit of the Ministry of Planning, reviewed using several electronic and electrical circuits in manufacturing the device, operating two systems (AS) and (DS) and storing information for more than (300) laboratory.
