Basrah University of Oil and Gas organized an online training course for blended e-learning. The online course aimed at developing the skills of the university's faculty members and affiliates in using blended electronic learning in preparation for the new academic year. The online course reviewed the concept of e-learning and the concept of e-learning design, identifying the educational strategies that could be converted into a classroom, identifying the ethics of online communication between the faculty member and the student, the foundations of effective electronic education and designing the interactive course. The online course recommended the necessity of being guided by educational theories, educational psychology and simultaneous and asynchronous education, as well as addressing models of ethical behavior.
