Center of Continuous Education, Basra University of Oil and Gas organized a training course on human resource management via implementing modern methods and how it increases production in oil institutions.
The course included identifying management concepts, human resources, the relation of individuals to the administrative management and how to increase production and sales, which based on findings modern administration theories.
