A faculty member in the College of Industrial Management of Oil and Gas, Basra University of Oil and Gas published a book on the industry of oil and gas in Iraq.
The book reviewed the current and future trends 2000-2010 of the economics of the oil industry in Iraq and assessing the investment contracts.
The book included 136 pages review the importance of the natural gas as a main source of energy and its economic and environmental characteristics.
The book also reviewed the development of the natural gas industry in Iraq through the licensing rounds of oil and gas and the BGC project in partnership with Shell.
