A faculty member in the College of Industrial and Oil Management, Basra University of Oil and Gas published a book on oil policy facts
The book reviewed oil policies, oil exports in the international market and the manner of pricing and policies of dealing with marketing companies in the field of contracts in crude oil.
The book consisted of 456 pages on Iraq's refining capacity, production and consumption of basic oil products, problems facing oil refineries and the legal framework of oil investment.
