Department of Science in the College of Basic Education, University of Diyala delivered a lecture on antibiotics and their impact on bacteria.
The lecture, in which a number of researchers and specialists participated, included studying antibiotics’ family of cephalosporins and their components and their important species, especially cefepime which is a common antibiotic of this generation, which is highly effective against positive aerobic bacteria.
The lecture reviewed methods of using cefepime and clarifying some of the side effects that occur when giving this kind of antibiotics.
