University of Diyala discussed the chemical contamination of the soil and its impact on human health.
The symposium, in which a number of researchers and specialists participated, included two axes, the first was on the chemical pollution with heavy materials and its impact on human health and the second was on the contamination with nitrates and their impact on human health.
The symposium aimed at identifying latest inventions in the field of environmental protection from pollution and driving the attention of decision-makers to the fact that any sustainable development process can only be initiated on the basis to start eliminating the sources of pollution of the environment.
