Diyala University’s Master's Dissertation: On Broccoli& Biological Fertilizers

A master's dissertation was discussed in the College of Agriculture, University of Diyala on the effect of some organic wastes from sugar sources and biological fertilizers on the growth and yield of broccoli by the postgraduate student, Mrs. Hoda Abbas Hassan. The dissertation aimed at designing complete random sectors within the dissident system with three replications. The dissertation reviewed using of two types of organic waste, the first of which was sugar cane and dates and the second was five levels of comparable biological fertilizers without adding biological fertilizer. The dissertation highlighted that the use of organic wastes has a significant effect on the growth and early flowering characteristics and the overall yield of the plant. The dissertation recommended the necessity of using organic fertilization in agriculture because of its positive results and preserving the environment.
