During a meeting with the Parliamentary Education Committee in the Iraqi Parliament Council, His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr.Nabeel Kadim Abid Al-Sahib reviewed addressing a number of university issues on pre-graduate and postgraduate studies. Dr. Abid Al-Sahib said that the two sides demonstrated e-learning, the academic year horizon in light of the Corona Virus and its global repercussions, the plan for admission of postgraduate studies for the academic year 2020/2021, submission regulations, employments, especially those related to the postgraduates, top graduates and the file of the procedure, contracts and lecturers in the universities, tuition of private universities and colleges, the equivalence of certificates and the residency of the scholars abroad. Dr. Abid Al-Sahib added that the two sides highlighted facilitating coordination between the Ministry and the Parliamentary Education Committee and overcoming the obstacles for the Iraqi universities in order to achieve the development of their specialized graduates’ skills to meet the reality of the community and the labor market.
