During a meeting with the Yemeni Ambassador to Baghdad, Mr. Al-Khader Ahmad Marmash, His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Nabeel Kadim Abid Al-Sahib reviewed ways of cooperation between the two countries. His Excellency expressed the Ministry and Iraqi Universities’ readiness on supporting Yemeni students in light of the exceptional circumstances they are going through. Dr. Abid Al-Sahib stressed the possibility of working and coordinating the provision of a number of scholarships in Iraqi academic institutions. For his part, Mr. Marmash expressed the Yemen’s keenness on activating agreements and memoranda of understanding and cooperating in the field of education and education between the two brotherly countries.
