During a meeting with the representatives of the Chinese JAD Oil Company, His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Abdul Razzaq Abdul Jalel Al-Esa reviewed inaugurating the project of the Center of Training of Iraqi Universities’ Graduates.
Dr. Al-Esa added that the project will serve the two sides in the field of exchanging experiences and His Excellency reviewed that the project management should be run mutually by the Iraqi and Chinese sides to achieve the expected goals.
For their part, the representatives expressed appreciation for the high level of understanding of the dimensions of cooperation in establishing significant international horizons to meet the experiences that would create practical opportunities which serve graduates of Iraqi universities who have technical skills in the field of oil services.
