His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Abdul Razzaq Abdul Jalel Al-Esa congratulated Iraqis on Christmas and New Year.
Dr. Al-Esa said that “In the midst of the joy of the Iraqis in the victory of peace and love against evil, this year is distinguished by Iraqis’ victories on the evil, pass with national distinctive flavor in which the Iraqi citizens have lived and tasted the victory”.
His Excellency added that “On this occasion, we gladly congratulate all Iraqi people and Christians in particular with all warm blessings and wishing them all prosperity and happiness.
