His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Abdul Razzaq Abdul Jalel Al-Esa congratulated Iraqi women on the Women's Day. His Excellency sent greeting to Iraqi women in their day and Dr. Al-Esa said that Iraqi woman became the great example to all women of the world because she is a mother, a sister or a wife of a martyr or an injured hero and that makes her a unique woman besides she is a student, faculty member, dean, poet and novelist. Dr. Al-Esa said that In Women's Day we send her our wishes to achieve her hopes and aspirations and His Excellency added that woman is the partner of man in making glory.
