During a meeting with the graduates of the academic twinning programs in the field of civil engineering, His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Abdul Razzaq Abdul Jalel Al-Esa honored graduates of the academic twinning programs between the University of Baghdad and Australian University of Swinburne.
Dr. Al-Esa said that the twinning programs achieved a positive momentum towards the development of the academic partnership with the international universities in order to enhance the scientific levels of Iraqi students in the field of engineering specialties.
His Excellency added that the graduates will obtain fellowships in order to benefit from their experiences after completing postgraduate studies.
