His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Abdul Razzaq Abdul Jalel Al-Esa reviewed with Turkish Ambassador, Mr. Fatih Yildiz to Baghdad developing the academic cooperation.
Dr. Al-Esa said that the academic cooperation between Iraqi universities and their Turkish counterparts witnessed a great development recently and His Excellency confirmed on the importance of signing Memorandums of Understanding, exchanging experiences and sending Iraqi scholars to Turkish universities in some of the specialties that Iraq needs.
For his part, Mr. Yildiz expressed Turkey's readiness to enhance academic cooperation and allocating scholarships for Iraqi students.
