His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Qusay Al-Suhail congratulated on Iraqi Army Day that represented honor, sacrifice and courage to defend Iraq's people, land and civilization since 1921. Dr. Al-Suhail said that “In this occasion we renew our confidence in the Iraqi Army as the national umbrella for all Iraqis and we call on all Iraqi to be united, rejecting differences and missing the opportunity on Iraq's enemies in order to preserve the achieved victories and the unity of Iraq”. May God save Iraq and Iraqi Army.
