During a meeting with the Dutch Chargé d'Affaires, Mr. Chad Hoekstra and the Commercial Attaché, Mr. Mark Brackel, His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Qusay Al-Suhail reviewed ways of joint academic cooperation. Dr. Al-Suhail said that the two sides highlighted the mechanism of activating the Dutch’s NOVEC program to raise organizational capabilities and levels of education and vocational training, as well as granting academic scholarships to obtain master degree in the field of water resources. For his part, Mr. Hoekstra expressed his country's readiness on developing academic and cultural cooperation with Iraqi educational institutions.
