The Acting Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Abd Al-Hussein Al-Mussawi said “We extend our heartfelt congratulations and blessings to our Islamic nation and the Iraqi people on the arrival of the blessed days of Eid al-Adha, during which the hearts of people turn towards the Holy Kaaba, answering the call of the heavens and embodying its rituals in the piety of their hearts, seeking closeness to God Almighty, His mercy, forgiveness, and pleasure”.
Dr. Al-Mussawi added that “We express our sincere prayers for all our noble people, and especially for the staff of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, its universities, and its students, that God may grant them continued success and prosperity, and that He may return these blessed days to everyone with goodness, blessings, and abundance, He is the All-Hearing, the Responsive”.
