The faculty member in the College of Education, University of Al-Hamdania, Mrs. Hadeel Hazim Sami published a research in Ukrainian Eastern-European Journal of Enterprise Technologies within Scopus on the encoding of Syriac letters in the theory of fragmentation via using the extended Wigner encode. Mrs. Sami highlighted using Vigener encode on Syriac letters after encoding them via partition theory and searching for the possibility to combine more than one encoding process at the same time. Mrs. Sami said that the study concluded that the ability to implement Vigenere Cipher is not limited to English language but any language can be applied to the letters and all we need is to create an appropriate type of common basis for encoding.
