During a participation in the international online symposium of modern technologies on diagnosis COVID-19 and the latest international developments of COVID-19 in the University of Fallujah, Department of Environment and Water, merged Ministry of Science and Technology reviewed the molecular diagnosis of the Corona virus via using QPCR technology, as well as the model, its effect on the accuracy of the results, DNA extraction and controller to verify the efficiency of extraction and the examination via using RCP technology, how to conduct calibration and quality control checks, the Employee in the Department, Dr. Haider Khalid Mustafa said. It is worth mentioning that a number of researchers from the Universities of Fallujah, Al-Mustansiriyah and the Iraqi Center for Genetics and Cancer Research of Al-Mustansiriyah and international experts.
