Directorate of Quality Management, merged Ministry of Science and Technology organized a training course on the basics and concepts of Total Quality Management ISO 9000, 2015. The course, in which a number of researchers and specialists participated, reviewed ISO 9001 family via developing of a virtual application model, which consists of inaugurating a residential house in order to create a spirit of team, distribute tasks with the most accurate details of the personal life of each individual to ensure smoothness of the performance with a high degree of quality and efficiency as well as considering work environment.
