Department of Environment and Water Resources, Ministry of Science and Technology delivered a lecture on using local steel phase extraction columns of adsorption of biological toxins in Tigris River.
The lecture reviewed detecting algal toxins of some blue-green algae in specific water areas in term of implementing of local columns of SPE-Solid Phase Extraction which used in light of comparison with foreign columns in the process of adsorption of some types of biocides of micro-station.
It is worth mentioning that the lectures also reviewed that the adsorption efficiency of local SPE columns recorded the efficiency of reducing biological toxins by 100% if compared to foreign columns.
