Department of Planning and Follow-up, merged Ministry of Science and Technology organized a symposium on using nuclear techniques and linear accelerators in improving agricultural production.
The symposium reviewed mechanisms of using nuclear techniques and linear accelerators to improve agricultural production and progress in the development of genetic mutations in different plant species using Gamma rays.
