Higher Education announced on a number of Ph.D. fellowships were granted by the Government of Romania to Iraq in the fields of technical studies, oil and gas, agriculture, veterinary medicine and architecture besides the study will be in Romanian language, ” Director of Relations and Media, Spokesman of Higher Education, Dr. Haider Al-Aboudi said.

The Applicants should not being submitted to post graduate studies inside Iraq.
They must have an average of no less than 75 % score.
The Applicants must have two years employment.
They must not above 40 years.
