Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University held an international online workshop on the mechanism of obtaining Ph.D. research fellowships in the United States of America via e-learning platforms. The online workshop reviewed mechanism of obtaining Ph.D. research fellowships in the United States of America, how to apply and what are the conditions and instructions for them. It is worth mentioning that a lecture was delivered in the online workshop by Dr. Ahmed Kadhim Fahad from Thi-Qar University and currently a visiting professor in the University of Kentucky in America as well as the faculty member in many American universities such as: (University of Cincinnati, University of Kentucky, Miami University and Sinclair University of Cincinnati).
