A faculty member in the College of Engineering, University of Diyala participated in the 9th International Conference on Smart Power Networks in Italy.
The participation, in which represented by a research entitled (Developing Water Heaters to Provide Frequency Response), aimed at manufacturing water heaters to be controlled in easy way with 5$ cost.
