A joint research team in the Universities of Kufa, Babylon and Al-Qadisiyah obtained a patent on manufacturing high-temperature moisture detector.
The patent, in which granted by the Central Organization for Standardization and Quality Control Unit of the Ministry of Planning, included manufacturing of moisture detectors from porous Nano-membrane (Porous InGaN) that operate in high temperature environments with high efficiency and low voltage with photo-electrochemical etching technology.
