College of Medicine, University of Karbala organized a symposium on the stages of diagnosing breast cancer.
The symposium, in which a number of students and employees participated, reviewed the international medical developments to reduce spreading the disease, conducting self-test to detect the disease and treating methods of the disease.
The symposium recommended conducting an awareness campaign for women on the risk of the disease, encouraging breastfeeding for children and proper nutrition.
