College of Agriculture, University of Karbala held its scientific conference on improving the agricultural sector and enhancing food security, Dean of College, Dr. Muhammad Ahmed Ebrahi said.
Dr. Ebrahi added that the conference, in which 160 researchers participated, aims at activating cooperation and encouraging exchanging academic experiences to promote scientific research, to support the national economy, improve the agricultural sector and develop strategies and programs to enhance food security.
