During a participation in a training course on methods of initial response to chemical accidents in Malaysia, a number of employees in the National Monitoring Authority, merged Ministry of Science and Technology reviewed establishing a national integrated response system. The course also reviewed ways to develop regional cooperation in the field of assistance, protection and initial response to chemical accidents and keep pace with the latest technologies and devices, as well as basic instructions to use the software (wiser) as one of the mobile applications on chemicals and classification according to their risk and toxicity. The course included delivering a lecture on the respond system to chemical accidents in Iraq, instructions to be fallowed and used methods in this field.
